Share House | Brisbane | Finding cheap room near Griffith Uni Nathan Campus ...

I am a 22 y/o female from Brunei studying in Griffith, Nathan. I am in my final semester, so I am hoping to rent until end of July. I am generally a friendly and easygoing person. I prefer female housemates. However, a female-dominated share house would be fine too.   I will be arriving around the 25.02.2010 at midday. My boyfriend will be staying the first week I am there, and I will be renting a car that week as well.   Please advise on: How much the rent is per week and what is included; General house rules; Furniture & appliances (or if unfurnished); How many people share the bathroom; What buses stop nearby and how far is the bus stop.
