Share House | Brisbane | Flatemate Looking for sharehouse! Brisb - Newmarket ...

I'm looking to get into a shared house near the suburb of Gaythorne - Enoggera - Alderly - Newmarket - Wilston and Windsor. My name is Jon and I am a full-time worker based in Newmarket in the field of IT. At 21 yrs of age, I have held this position for just under two years and have set myself into a solid niche - responsible for the IT workings of a company that is nation wide, so in these finical times i have nothing to worry about. Aside from my work I balance myself between self-paced study and Martial Arts, granted i'm a bit of a dork I'm still sociable - enjoying (one or two.. or more) drinks on the weekend. I do however not smoke or have a dog or cat... just something a little more exotic.. Scorpions, about 9 of them - all kept securely in their own vivariums.   My ideal place would have a weekly price of no more then $180- including Elec and Internet Access, I would also like to be put onto the lease (as it puts my and your reputation on the line) Aside from that, i'm a very easy going guy - Having lived previously with male's/female's and couples (different and same gender couples) I'm quite tolerant while I also consider myself as someone with alot of common sense along side common courtesy. While not being OCD about cleaning, I like to live in a clean environment - if something needs to be done i'll do it - but there is always two sides to that coin!
