I am an Australian English tutor and I am looking for a female flatmate to share a brand new, modern, home-like, four (4) bedroom townhouse with two (2) female international students from Uganda and Japan, as well as myself. Our home is a quiet study house not a party house. You will have your own bedroom but share a magnificent new bathroom and toilet with the ladies. I have my own bathroom and toilet.

Each bedroom is fully furnished with your own TV, DVD player, desk, desk lamp, chair, bed with bedding including electric blanket, as well as overhead fan. You will have 30 GBs  ADSL 2 wireless internet download/person/month.

Our home is a five (5) minute walk to Fairfield Gardens shopping centre where there is a Coles supermarket and Fairfield BCC Library with free internet access.

The rent is $145 per week. Bond is only $290. It includes all the utilities, internet access, telephone rental and water. (You can also use a landline telephone at home.)

We live at Annerley (2 zones) and it takes about 15 minutes to or from the City by train, and 25 minutes by bus to QUT. It takes about 40 minutes walk to UQ over the Green Bridge or 20 minutes by 2 buses or train and bus/walk. It is a five (5) minute walk from the house to the train station. You can catch a bus to and from the city by Bus #116, 117, 121, 124,125, on Ipswich Rd. which is a five (5) minutes walk from our home. During the week the buses come every 15 minutes.

There are two (2) small parks nearby with a little wildlife and flowering trees. Non-smoker preferred, but smokers must smoke in the parks only please
