Double room available in a modern unit, close to transport and shops (Brookside Shopping Centre) in Mitchelton. The place is furnished except for the bedroom (however it does contain a double bed frame). Kitchen utensils etc and laundry appliances and TV etc are included. Bathroom is shared with one other.
