Lovely house, fully furnished except bedroom, main room for rent is very large, has a ceiling fan, air-conditioning, walk-in-wardrobe, ensuite, and is lit very well. Doors also open up from the room onto your own large verandah.   Double garage with remote. Overlooks the soccer field right next to UQ. A house of 2 law students and 1 international relations student (four bedrooms in total, two bathrooms). Social and friendly and you should feel really welcomed living there. No strict rules or anything just general stuff. House is 2 minutes walk to uni - very close to shopping/food places. $200 a week, excluding wireless internet ($15 a month each, and electricity bill).
