Hello, We have 3 single rooms and 1 double room. Each room have single beds and desk, chest of draws.
Single rooms is $100 and double is $150. The double rooms can have 1 or 2 people sharing. Rent includes electricity, water, gas and internet. There is also a washing machine, fridge, microwave and basic appliances. Close to shopping centre, bus and trains. All walking distance. All rooms available immediately.
