Spacious rooms with good natural light into either. You will be sharing a bathroom with one other person. Train station, bus stops and supermarkets are within a few minutes walk. I travel to the city everyday by train and it is very convenent! The house is fully furnished except for the bedrooms. Bill are split are consist of electricity, water, phone and net. The internet is fast with 120GB available. I'm a fourth year student studying at UQ. I'm friendly, but also professional. I like to keep the place clean and tidy, so I'd prefer someone similar. Study is pretty full-on so I'm pretty much in my room a lot of the times. As long as you don't make much noise, it'll all be fine! One bedroom is available right now, and the other around the start of April when my other housemate moves out. Both are $120.
