House features 3 rooms, 2 bathrooms plus extra toilet - all modern furnishings (incl. dishwasher).  The townhouse is furnished apart from your bedroom however there is room for more furniture if you have any.  The townhouse is on the ground level, with balcony and outdoor entertaining area. Also comes with 2 underground car spaces which can be shared with the other 2 housemates if required. You will be living with 2 males in their early 20's, one a professional the other a student.
