(8th July 2010) The room includes electricity, gas and internet but if you don't need the internet it will be $5 less a week :) Here is the add I have posted: The room is very clean, carpets (that have just been steamed), sunny, very quite, lockable door, wardrobe in the room and a very comfy bed! The rent includes gas, electricity and wireless broadband internet. The house is very big, two story, 3 living areas, verandahs, breakfast bar, dish washer, great stovetop with wok burner, loads and loads of storage space, big backyard, and carport if needed. It is VERY close to transport with a bus stop across the road and the ferry/city cat is a clock away! The city is 4.7kms away and it take about 15 mins on the bus or ferry. Oxford St is one block away and has cafes, cinema, grocer and loads of restaurants plus there is the lovely Oxford St park as well as others in the area. Gym one block away too. There are 3 girls living in the house but as it is so big you have to call out to see if anyone's about! Up to you if you would like to be social or private.
