One large bedroom available in a four bedroom (one is used as a spare room) house in Auchenflower. The room is a bright and airy sunroom at the front of the house. The room is quite large and will fit a queen bed, wardrobe and desk. There is no wardrobe in the room although one can be provided if need be. The house is fully furnished with large living spaces, including a large back deck perfect for hanging out with mates. We also like to keep the smallest room spare for when mates stay over and also as a storage area. We are a social household, with friends coming and going often and over weekends we like to get out and about. Currently one guy (recently finished uni and works full time) and one girl(uni student/works part-time) live in the house who live pretty busy and social lives and often have mates around etc. We are looking for someone who is a student/professional who is friendly, clean, social and easy going, in their mid 20s.
