We are a quiet, young couple and we are looking for another couple to share our house while we finish our studies at UQ. This is a beautiful, modestly-sized house in East Brisbane – 2 minutes walk from the river and 20 minutes walk from Woolloongabba. There is a front and back veranda, the back overlooks a yard whose trees are consistently populated by all manner of native wildlife, particularly butterflies.
The house contains:
- a fully equipped kitchen (fridge/stove/oven/microwave)
- two bedrooms
- one old styled bathroom and vanity area
- living and dining spaces at either end of the house
- washing machine
- The house is fully furnished except for your bedroom (you’ll only really need your own bed and dresser).
