Myself and my partner live in a 3 b/r house in Holmview, one room is used as a computer room and we are looking for a tenant for the third room. The room is unfurnished with a built in wardrobe and a ceiling fan - the house is fully furnished with washing machine, dryer, fridge, freezer, etc. We have foxtel and broadband internet and the house is air conditioned / heated. Undercover parking and a pool with a fully fenced yard. Walking distance to train, and 2 minutes drive to express train station.
