Share House Accommodation | Canberra | Female for place in Palmerston

HI I have a 2 bedroom townhouse in Palmerston from 17 Decemeber that is fully furinshed except for the bedroom. There is some things i havent gotten yet but if someone can bring them then great. It is near shops and buses, about 5 minutes (if that) to major shopping complex and 20 minute to 3 other major shopping centres. about 20 minutes to the UC and about 25 to ANU. Rent is $160 per week plus a $960 bond + electritciy. phone, internet etc will be discussed with successful flatmate. Unfortually pets are not allowed About me I'm an 18 year old female whos quiet and is a non smoker.I'm not big on the party scene. I am a trainee mgr at Macdonalds Canberra Centre.
