Hello Im Nichola. I am a friendly 28yo female looking to share the 3 bedroom house in Canberra Im living in with 2 others of similiar age, students or professionals. Each room is $110pw +4 wks bond. Expenses are split evenly and so is houswork. Available from 2nd September but you can look now.
The house is in Watson on a main road very close to public transport going to both the ANU and UC and is also close to the ACU. It is also close to shops with off road parking (in the carport). Im looking for responsible N/S people who are sensible with alcohol. The house has furniture for the main/common areas and wardrobes if necessary for the 2 rooms. Its also close to shops. No pets.
