I have a furnished room available in a three-bedroom house in Northcote. The house is close to all transport. Supermarket cafes bars are in walking distance. Off street parking is available too. The house is light filled and has a huge backyard, which you will not have to maintain- I have a gardener.
Rent is paid monthy and includes all bills (cable internet,water,gas,electricity) $600 pcm or $139 pw.
