Hi there I'm after a room in a friendly and positive share house. I want to live with people who clean up after themselves and keep the communal areas relatively clutter-free. The house will have the usual modernish appliances including a washing machine and functional bathroom/s and kitchen - not from the 1950s! - wireless internet - a welcoming ambience - max 4 people to one bathroom - garage or covered car park for my car - prefer furnished room, but if not, ok - prefer garden or outdoor/bbq area, you know, extra living space About me: 27 yo non-smoker, work full-time, into gym, outdoors and being social as I'm new to Canberra and keen to meet people.
