We have a room in a lovely house on Broadwaters Pde, Sandy Bay.
Situated on the Eastern side of a hill, the room looks out over the houses below, across the Derwent river and beyond. As well as getting all of the morning sun, the room has built-in wardrobes and a full-length mirror for your convenience. It is not furnished, but comfortably fits a desk, tv and bed.
The bathroom is large and luxurious with a spa and loads of space for your things and would only be shared with two of us as the master bedroom has an ensuite. The kitchen/lounge area is shared with all of us, fully equipped with everything you could want including a dishwasher. Outside there is a nice garden as well as a barbecue area/patio for when you wish to entertain in the warmer months.
The room is available NOW, rent is $140 per week plus the bond. We also have wireless internet. The house is close to bus stop 25 on Churchill avenue so it is still very convenient if you don't have a car.
The room would be perfect for anyone, whether a student or working.
