I have a room to rent in a quiet area of Hobart (Taroona) which is a short 10 minute car or bus trip to the University or the Hobart city centre.
The house contains three bedrooms and has been recently renovated. It has a large living room, two new bathrooms, a new large kitchen and family room which opens onto a covered deck (great for entertaining), there is also a nice garden. The bedroom is very large and unfurnished but the rest of the house is fullly furnished.
