It will be avaliable on the 8th of July, 2009.This lovely place is located one street over from the University of Tasmania (the location of this property can bee seen on Google Maps). This will ideally suit mature minded students looking for a quiet and convenient place to study, however this does not rule out professionals and you will be welcomed. There are two other housemates living here who will welcome like minded people who are after a quiet place to relax, study and enjoy all that Hobart has to offer.
