House is fully furnished and self contained (only bedroom unfurnished). Features of the house include: hardwood floors throughout, washer/dryer/dishwasher, landscaped rear yard and choice of bedrooms (some with BIR). There is one bathroom and an extra separate toilet. off-street parking available.Approx $175 per week plus 1/3 share of gas, water, electricity. Broadband is an optional extra if you wish to use.
