We are offering a vacant large room in a small cosy 2-bedroom flat. As we love it, we keep the house clean and enjoyable and welcome another couple jump in. Actually, we are looking for flatmate friendly and willing to share the responsibility of houseworks.The house is fully furnished including fridge, microwave, washing machine and dryer combo, toaster, tivi and so on.
The location of the house is the thing I love it- 5 minute walking distance from the Parliament Station - Tram stop of 109, 112, 24 and 30 are in front of the house . Basically, we have a variety of choices to go anywhere within Melbourne just by using public transport that is perfect for anyone working or studying.
For someone doing exercise , two big gardens called Carlton Garden and Fitzroy Garden are close to the house. The large room is also full-furnished with queen bedroom, wardrobe, study desk, side table and on-wall heater.
