We have a perfectly positioned house. We are on the beach and 150m away from Bonbeach train station.
We've got one room to rent at $340 per month and a split of the bills. This is your general bills such as gas, electricty and also wireless internet and foxtel. You will have 4 other house mates, three gents and a lady. There's a bathroom to share with one other. We've got a big kitchen and living area. Plus shared laundry with washing machine and dryer.
