Room has a kitchenette (with sink and cupboards) and a fridge.      House features 3 spacious living areas, 3 toilets and 2 bathrooms, back courtyard with BBQ, sauna and spa.   Will be partially furnished - we have all the essentials but there's a lot of room to fill.   Perfect for entertaining.   Only 2 blocks away from Errol Street, North Melbourne and a 5 min walk from North Melbourne train station.      To be shared with 2 friendly & outgoing young professionals and a gorgeous (house trained) female cat.   I'm in the fashion and music industry. Cameron (my housemate) works in a bank.   We're very social people - always up for a laugh and are both fun to be around. Must be clean, tidy, respectful and responsible.      $270 per week.
