I’m planning an oversea trip starting 13th/Feb, it could be as long as 6 mths (depends on how we arrange it). So, it would be a great convince (also economic) way for me to have someone trust worthy covering the rent while I’m away. We could arrange this either through real-estate agency, to put your name(s) as share mate, or private sub-leasing for you to take over the whole apartment for a periods of time that suits both of us. THE APARTMENT The apartment is on the Nott street, residential building, Laguna. North-West facing. Good size patio covered with bamboo fence, great for summer evening beer or small BBQ party. Open kitchen, lounge and dining area. Wooden floor throughout the main area, carpets inside both bedroom. It’s fully-furnished, so you don’t need to bring anything, not even a spoon when move in btw, it has a good size air-condition, so no worries for the hot steamy summer night. 1 parking with few guests space available. THE LOCATION Nott Street is in between Bay Street, where you can find all the shops and cafes, plus a 24 hrs Coles, and the quiet, relaxing beach area. Both within walking distance, 2-5 mins walk to Bus stop and 109 tram stop, 10-15 mins travel to city. THE TENET CLEAN and responsible, pay the rent on time. NO FRAT HOUSE PARTY, occasional small dinner party is okay, as long as not disturbing the neighbors. International students, travelers are welcome. THE ARRANGEMENT Likely 3-6 months leasing is good for me, minimum one month for the whole apt. If you interested in the place but not sure about the terms or arrangement, let me know, I’ll do my best to make both of us happy The rent is 250/wk for the main br. 200/wk for the smaller br. Or 450/wk, for the whole apt, bills are shared or at your own expense. ADSL2 internet and phone connection are ready. Bond is required, 6 wks rent, will be returned in full on your leaving. Passport or drivers license (copies), along with at least 2 references are needed when signing the contracts.
