One room in a share house with two others, the house is semi furnished with a kitchen, bathroom/laundry a large communal lounge/study and small parking spot for a bike or motorcycle ( off street parking for cars )
You would be living with two others who are both creative art based types. Small pets such as a cat or hutch animals are welcome as are smokers ( as long you as smoke outside : D ) to fill the spot we are preferably looking for a reasonably responsible person aged between 19-28 either studying full time or working, however all are welcome to apply.
The building located in Elsternwick and is part is a block of units, our spot is on the ground floor and there is a bus stop on the next street and there are train stops as well as necessities such as a supermarket, green grocer and butchers and a whole bunch of neat restaurants and shops that are a 10 minute walk either direction of the building and is only 20 minutes from the CBD of Melbourne
The share of rent is $530 a month not including bills for unities and internet ( 100 gb ADSL 2 ) plan and all bills are split evenly.
