Hi My name is Tom, Im posting this advert in the persuit of the perfect share house situation.   I believe three tennants is the optimum number of occupants for maintaining pleasent relationships with cohabbitants thus I am hoping to find two people with a simmilar goal in mind.   I am a 25 yo male I have a stable income and financial backing, I have been living on my own in a one bedroom flat for the last 14 months and have been share renting on and off for the last 8 years.   I love music, socializing, learning and staying fit.   Im pretty down to earth and am into anything fun exciting and challenging. I enjoy socializing with the people I live with but do not want to feel obliged to do so all the time.   I have a decent amount of pride in my house keeping and like to have my abode presentable so that when visitors come Im not inviting them to a sess pit.   I have my own personal home decor that is all rather bizzar, I have one large kitchen fridge and one small bar fridge. I have two couches, my own tv, a car and trailer that will need to be stored.   Hence I would like to get a small house with a yard and a shed in the inner eastern suburbs of melbourne.   Basically im in search of people to make a home with so that should we ever need to move for what ever reason we are likely to move together in order to maintain the happy living arrangement.   I dont believe it neccisary to have rent and bills in excess of 120 pw.   I would like to entertain the idea of getting a dog at some point but am not willing to do it until im particularly confident that I have good relationships with my house mates in order to ensure a stable environment for a pooch.
