Water Front Double Storey house - Resort Style Living.  Quiet Court Location:Caroline Springs. West Melbourne.  A new estate surrounded by lovely parklands and many lakes.  Nice walks on weekends around the lake and feed the ducks.   Exc. water views and native birds from Kitchen, dining/living room and bathroom.  Have two large rooms available, one with water views. Bus stop 2min walk over lake and foot bridge. Bus takes you to Albian Train Station (Sydenham Line) and it takes about 12-15mins.  Train to city 10mins. Close to all amenities, 4min walk to Caroline Springs club with restaurants, live bands, kareoke, cafes; McDonalds, Hungary Jacks, chemist, supermarkets, and medical centre. Seeking tidy/clean Females.  I have two rooms available.  Would suit two friends.   I am dte, friendly and easy going and chilled out.  I am looking for friendly dte girl(s) who are also easy going. The house is very warm, sunny and have a lots of large windows to maximise the views.  It is very relaxing and comfortable.   I would like to keep it tidy and clean so am looking for respectable flatemates who pay rent on time and clean up after themselves and also share with the common housework fortnightly/ weekly. It is $125 per week (Per calendar month is $545.
