We live in a large 3 bedroom house in a quiet street in North Brighton.  We are looking for an easygoing, friendly couple or person to share with us.  The person would need to be a non-smoker and would need to like dogs as we have a friendly dog who spends most of the day sleeping on his mat.  I am a primary school teacher and Todd is studying osteopathy at uni.  We are both in our 30s.  We are fairly quiet at home.  We cook most nights and keep the house reasonably clean.  Occasionally we will have people over for dinner and a few drinks but most of the time we will go out to catch up with friends rather than making a lot of noise at home.  We are expecting our first baby at the end of October, so unless we find someone who is happy to live with a baby, we will be looking to move out and there will be an opportunity to take over the lease. The bedroom available has hardwood floors, a walk in wardrobe and a very large ensuite bathroom with double sink, toilet, shower and bath and would suit a couple perfectly.  The house also has a dining room, loungeroom, laundry, kitchen, bathroom and study.  We have a large back yard equipped with BBQ.   We are very close to trains (zone 1), trams and buses, to Elsternwick Park and the bay and to the Glenhuntly Road shops.
