If you think you are being scammed, call crime stoppers on 1800 333 000. i am a 25 year old indian girl , moving into a new apartment in kew.....which is a 2 bedroom apartment ...which is light , comfortable very specious lounge and both the rooms are bigger then the normal size & a garden. i would be living in one of the bedrooms and my friend would be living in the lounge . we have one spare room to rent out .....the room has all the features one would need like a double bed , built in wardrobe , table , racks etc .... also the apartment has all the basic features like microwave , tv , dvd, sofas etc ....tram stop is near to the apartment and it takes not more then 10 - 15 mins to reach city from the tram. all the shops are walking distance and is easily communicable . rent of the room is $550 per month or $138 p.w also there is a security bond money of $550 which is one time payment for security.its available from 8th of march . we are prefer only a girl for the room. akanksha.mehta@gmail.com $138pw (2/3/2010) |
