The apartment is fully furnished except the bedroom. This can also be partially furnished with bed, sofa and study desk.
Rent is $190 pw for one or $205 pw for two excluding bills. Bills will be split evenly including ADSL2+ internet.
Students ok. Tenancy for 1 year preferred but will consider 3 - 6 months (for additional rent).
