The house is a little old but is very spacious with lots of character, a large lounge room and a big back yard.
We have two bathrooms, one for guys and the other for girls.
We are a mix of english and spanish speaking people in or late 20's - early 30's.
Most of the flatmates are in a Columbian Salsa band so if you are a musician, are south american, appreciate the Arts or just like Salsa you'll fit in great here.
Everyone has different timetables so we usually cook separately but we share when we are all together.
Internet is available.
The neighbourhood is nice and quiet and the number 48 tram, 201, 207 busses are only 200 metres walking distance.
