it should be:   -unlike living in a jail.   -no curfew.   -no one with ticks or fucked up cleaning routines.   -freedom to move around at anytime of night/day,   -occasional jam party with full drum kit, 3 guitars, 2 keyboards and a few bassists both sloppy hand and free basing. -smoking isnt a problem,cigs,bongs,buckets,chillums and naturally joints- the big fuck off baseball bat types! -good taste in music/movies/tv shows aka no friends, scrubs, or shitty shit along those lines. -close to the city cos thats where its all supposably 'happening'. -no annoying ringtones. -no people eating out their own assholes. -no washups. anyways its all negotiable innit?
