The Room / House: Plenty of space for a double bed & desk, decent sized BIR with shelves. Room will be unfurnished.
Share Toilet & Bathroom areas. We have a nice little garden out back for BBQ's in the summer. Carport Space included.
The Damage: $135 p/w + Bills (Fast Wireless Internet roughly $23p/m, Power/Gas (every three months usually $30 odd each), Water roughly every 6 months) Bond is $480 upfront.
Location Details: Southside of Roberts Street off Canning HWY, Less than 5 mins walk to Canning Bridge Train / Bus Transfer Station, with quick links to the City (10 mins) direct buses to Freo & Curtin Uni. Or 10 mins by car to City (manning road freeway exit close by) 10 min walk over the Bridge to the Raffles Hotel, Local Shops / Takeways only 5 mins walk, Medical Centre & Post 10-15 min walk.
Us: Girl & Guy Mid to late 20's studying Uni / Tafe & working part time, pretty easy going both enjoy dance music and quite drink on the weekends.
