We're in a great location - a stones throw to the shops (Coles and IGA), 10 minute walk to the Victoria St Station and a 15 minute walk to the beach. It's a big house with great back and front yards (gardening is included). All essential items are here: fridge, washing machine, couch, TV, air-con and wireless internet. We're looking for an easy-going female (preferably about 25 yrs or older) housemate to share with three other easy-going housemates (1 male and 2 females).
