We have two fully furnished bedrooms available with bed, build in wardrobe, desk and lamp for rent.
This home is very convenient! A few min walk from home to the local bus stop and 5 min walk to FoodWorks supermarket, 10 mins by bus to Cockburn Central Station and Cockburn Gateways Shopping Centre and 20 mins by train to the CBD.
The price is $150 a week and inclusive gas, power and water bills.
We provide kitchenware, bedclothes and pillows and share the use of TV and washing machine. We also separate fridge for housemates.
We would like to have non-smoke and well-mannered people who are tidy and neat and clean.
