A room has become available in my 2 bedroom villa in the heart of Scarborough.
Literally 3 streets from the beach.
The villa is fully furnished with comfortable furniture and a large plasma TV in the lounge (perfect for movie nights or watching the footy).

The room is small but comes with a double bed and clothes cupboard. All rooms have ducted air con.

As the room is small its only suitable for a Single person only.
Bus route at the end of the road (Scarborough Beach road)

Internet is not connected as I use my own wireless broadband stick.

This is a funky little villa, great to spend the summer months by the beach. The villa has just been painted and has new carpets in the bedrooms.

Ideal for international students as you only need to bring a suitcase.
