I have a nice big room to rent in Balcatta in a great 2x1 unit 10-15 minutes from the city. Available from the 1st of March. It is a beautiful unit in a quiet street. The unit is fully furnished and will be shared with me. If you want to bring your own furniture for your room that will definitely be okay although at the moment there is furniture in it. I work full time and am clean, friendly and easy-going. I am looking to share the unit with someone who is friendly, clean, working full time, is in their mid 20s to 30s, is a non-smoker and sorry no pets. The rent will be $170 per week and then bills will be split.
