We have a house to share in Rivervale; St Kilda Road. 1 unfurnished Bedroom with BIR $100pw, not including bills. Shared facilities are kitchen, bathroom (with 1f), lounge area, laundry (all furnished). No couples. The 37 bus to city or shops is about 5mins walk. It is close to Belmont Forum shopping centre, Rivervale IGA, gym, takeaway outlets, etc. Also would be great for FIFO worker as the bus also goes to the domestic airport.
Share with 3 siblings (25f, 21m and 18m). We are looking for someone who will clean up after themself, is reliable with rent/ bills, and not have too many gatherings…
We also have a small dog (Shih Tzu).
We have internet connected, which is $20/month (each) if you want to use it.
