- 10 mins on foot from the university of Queensland
- 3 mins on foot from bus and citycat stop (Guyatt park)
- 5 mins from supermarket

1 own room with shared bathroom is available for one study year from February 2010. The house is really nice in a calm area (terraces, BBQ, big kitchen and living room and wireless internet). There is a very friendly ambiance we would like to share.
