1 male needed to share with 3 uni students (1 male, 2 females) in Indooroopilly. The house is a relaxed and clean 4 bedroom Queenslander with polished wooden floors positioned next to a park 100m walk from Indooroopilly Shopping Centre and buses as well as not far from the train station. The house has a large kitchen, shared bathroom with separate toilet and laundry. It has two large verandahs at the front and back as well as plenty of parking. It is fully furnished but there is room for extra furniture if you have any.
Your room has high ceilings with a ceiling fan, 2 windows and a wardrobe provided. There is plenty of room for a double bed, desk, bookshelf etc and the wardrobe. Must be reasonably neat and willing to help out with the housework. The room is available straight away and we are looking for someone who wants to be here for a minimum of 6 months.
