We are looking for one person to have a single room paying ($200 p/w + 2 weeks bond) in TOOWONG, Including electricity, gas, water and wireless. Downstairs- living room with a huge TV plasma, spacious kitchen, laundry, and guest bathroom. Upstairs- 3 rooms and 2 bathrooms(one of them with bath), Outside- close  area and open area ( with BBQ area).Your room includes bed, base, bed linen, wardrobes, fan, mirror, TV, DVD, heater and much more. Brand new town house and NEW FULLY FURNITURE! Easy access to transports bus(only 10 minutes away from the city by bus), train and citycat, on street parking, peaceful suburb, close to Toowong shopping mall,  supermarket, UQ, petrol station, car wash, etc   Must be CLEAN, mature, very quiet, tidy, organized, honest,  respectful and must like dogs as I have two small inside dogs. We are looking to find similar share mates.
