We currently have a double room available in our 4 bedroom home. Room has screens, curtains, shelves, queen bed, small drawers and TV. Rent is $130 p/wk incl of gas, elec and internet. Would be extra $20 for a couple House is located in kingston, 2 min to bus, and 25min walk to train. 2min drive to motorway. Handy to shops, hydperdome etc. Would be staying with 4 people, 22,22,17 and 27. Kiwis and an Indian guy, all pretty laid back and chilled peoples.
