We are looking for a clean, tidy and friendly professional to share a 3 bedroom townhouse in Greenslopes with 2 mid 20's professional females. A non smoker is preferred.
The townhouse is modern, fully furnished , air conditioned, double storey and has an outdoor area. The room is unfurnished and has a built in wardrobe and shares the bathroom with one other.
Great location and close to the city, Greenslopes Hospital (5 min walk) and busway (10 min walk) as well as Logan rd buses (5 mins).
Rent is $150 per week plus utilities (ie electricity). Foxtel and internet are available.
