The first available bedroom ($180 p/week) is enormous (with an adjoining study) and the other ($160 p/week) is large. Both are clean and airy, with great light for studying and there is ample space for a full double, queen or possibly even a king sized bed as well as a desk and other furniture that you may want to bring with you! The rooms are also big enough for 2 people.
The house is huge and has clean, polished wooden floor boards throughout. The kitchen is brand new (rennovated just before moving in), the house has been recently painted, and the bathroom facilities are clean and functional. There is plenty of room for you to have your own privacy. You can freely use the open lounge space, kitchen, laundry facilities and so on.
You will be sharing the house with a very friendly but quiet Mum and son in another part of the house. Furniture can be provided if needed, and the place also has air con and heating. It's an accessible walk to UQ - and public transport is just metres away (train and bus).
