27 yr old professional female seeking clean and friendly person to share apartment.   Medium bedroom with built ins, either furnished or unfurnished available in lovely furnished spacious apartment with large balcony in Wollstonecraft. Situated in quiet street but very close (5 mins) to Crows Nest shops, restaurants and public transport. A 3rd bedroom is also unoccupied and is available for use as a study or home office.   The main bathroom will be for sole use other than when guests are over as I have an ensuite off the main bedroom.
