I have one fully furnished single room for $270 (avail 24 Nov) and one double room for $350 (avail 10 Dec) available for rent.
The room is well furnished with one single bed, study desk, side desk, and wardrobe. All bills are included, i.e. hot water, electricity and internet.
The apartment has 3 rooms and it's only for girls. No one stays in the lounge room. In total, 5 people are in the unit (including yourself)
Located at the heart of city (CBD), it has dual entrance from George St and Sussex St, and close to all amenities, inc, 1 minute to Coles World Square and China Town, 3 minutes to Wollies Town Hall and Paddys market, 5 minutes to Central station, UTS and Syd Uni.
