I am happy to have a couple rent this room, however the rent for a couple will be $350 per week ($175 each).
The room is an ultra modern large double room with wooden floors and wall to wall built-in wardrobe with draws. It comes with a double bed if needed.
The person who takes this room will be provided with 1 off street car space, if needed.

ME
I’m a full time cocktail bartender at the casino and part time personal trainer. I have also completed a law degree. I’m currently developing my own group & one-on-one Personal Training business. There will be either 1 other person or possibly couple taking the other large room.
RENTAL PERIOD
There is no minimum stay, just two weeks notice is required.
Upon successful application 4 weeks bond is required before keys are provided.
BILLS
ADSL2+ unlimited wireless Internet can be provided @ $20 per month.
Electricity & Gas bills will be shared equally.
