Hey there, Jono and Liz are looking for a fun-loving couple to share a beautiful house in Balmain! We're currently leasing a great place on Beattie Street and we'd love to find a great couple to move into the second bedroom. You'll fit in well if you're between 20-30, love a few drinks after work, and can pay your rent on time! :-) The house is located just minutes from Darling Street and right down the road from the Exchange Hotel. Close to public transport, restaurants and bars/pubs. The house has a spacious living area, office, 2 large bedrooms, a beautiful kitchen and a large bathroom with a spa bath. There is also a well-kept garden out back. The house is completely furnished (leather couches, flat-screen TV, washing machine, all kitchen supplies, Foxtel, high-speed Internet etc.) except the available room. Rent is $150 per person ($300 for the room) paid 2 weeks in advance. The bond is $1,200 (4 weeks rent) paid up-front. Rent also includes an off-street car-park.
