I have a 3 bedroom house with study in the Cambridge Park area. I would like to rent one room to a student. House is very modern with tasteful features. Located close to Werrington, Kingswood and Penrith Station. Also close to buses. Yard is fenced and gate lockable. House has A/C two living areas. Room for rent has Built in Robe. Antique bath in main bathroom. My room has an En Suite so main bathroom is at your disposal. All whitegoods supplied, washing machine, fridge, dryer etc. Large back yard. Im single and in my thirties I have a dog and cat they are mostly outdoor pets I do have them inside occassionaly. If you have pets that is fine, providing you pay for pet food and assist with upkeep of lawn for example if you have a dog. I am social, very easygoing and work full time so would not be at home most days until 5 ish. I dont smoke and Im a social drinker.
I am not against having a smoker move in however smoking is outside only. Rent is 150.00 per week plus 60.00 for utilities. To be paid each week on Friday. I have my son over every second weekend he is 8 and very well behaved, so my ideal roomate has to like kids.
