Furnished or unfurnished room as required in a 3 bedroom unit which you have the use of the whole unit not just a room. For comfort I only wish to share with one other. Third bedroom to be shared for additional storage space and for overnight visitors of renter and owner. Only 3 minutes walk to Caringbah Railway Station and shops. 40 minutes train ride to Sydney Central (UTS) or 30 minutes by car. I have references from previous flatmates both male and female if needed.. Internet and telephone is available and bills to be shared.
